The good news is that the need for nursing professionals has been growing steadily for decades, ensuring long-term job security. The increased demand is largely due to three factors: an aging workforce and patient populace, rapidly shifting technologies in administrative and diagnostic tools, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hhs.gov\/about\/news\/2022\/04\/29\/new-reports-show-record-35-million-people-enrolled-in-coverage-related-to-the-affordable-care-act.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">expanding patient access<\/a>&nbsp;to healthcare.
