Undercooked poultry can carry&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.osmosis.org\/learn\/Salmonella_(non-typhoidal)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salmonella bacteria<\/a>, as can the undercooked eggs in your stuffing. Shorter days and long, dark nights can certainly be depressing, but it\u2019s difficult to tie these mood changes conclusively to environmental factors.
