This is a lethal rhythm which occurs during cardiac arrest, or when the heart suddenly stops pumping blood throughout the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ECG features include isoelectric flatline and the absence of ventricular activity.
