A 60-year-old man comes to the office to be evaluated for abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and early satiety for the past three months. His clothes are looser than usual. Past medical history is significant for hypertension managed with lisinopril. Family history is noncontributory. The patient has a 40-pack-year smoking history, drinks alcohol occasionally, and does not use other recreational drugs.
