Summary of Conn syndrome
Primary aldosteronism or Conn's syndrome, is an underdiagnosed cause of hypertension. The classic presenting signs of primary aldosteronism are hypertension and hypokalemia. However, normokalemia may be more common than hypokalemia in patients diagnosed with primary aldosteronism.
