Summary
Encopresis is a disorder commonly seen in children, in which they defecate in inappropriate places such as the floor, or in clothes, either voluntarily or involuntarily. It is usually associated with constipation with overflow incontinence. Diagnostic criteria are a person with the age above 4 years, with at least one episode per month in a period of over 3 months.
