A 52-year-old woman comes to the urgent care clinic because of acute vision loss. She has difficulty seeing to the right in both eyes, and woke up with a headache this morning. She is currently prescribed atorvastatin, aspirin, lisinopril, and metoprolol, which she takes "when [I] feel [I] need it". Physical exam shows an obese woman with a right visual field defect bilaterally. The patient is afebrile, though mildly tachycardic and tachypneic. Which of the following is the most likely etiology of her hemianopsia?
