Gil McIntire is the Creative Video Manager at Osmosis, and has been leading mindfulness practices for coworkers since 2014. Gil leads guided meditation practice in three parts: a complete body scan, a small story or a kind affirmation, and finally the reading of a poem, three times with a minute pause in between each reading.
