The patient was jumping down a flight of stairs when she lost control and fell onto concrete without wearing a helmet. She had a brief loss of consciousness following the accident. The patient reports nausea, headache and has vomited twice during the last 30 minutes. Her past medical history is insignificant, and she does not take any medications.
