26-year-old man is brought to the emergency department by emergency medical services (EMS) after suicide attempt. He was found by friends after he attempted to hang himself using his belt. The patient had neck pain at the scene and a rigid cervical collar was placed. Past medical history is significant for depression and anxiety. The patient does not take any medications. On primary survey, the patient can speak in full sentences. Breath sounds are intact bilaterally. He has 2+ pulses in the upper and lower extremities with capillary refill < seconds. He is freely moving his upper and lower extremities bilaterally. Glasgow coma scale (GC) is 15. Temperature is 37°C (98.6°F), pulse is 88/min, respirations are 20/min, blood pressure is 155/84 mmHg, and oxygen saturation is 99% on room air. The secondary survey reveals bruising and soft tissue swelling to the anterior neck and tenderness to palpation of the cervical spine. The patient has bilateral, shooting, and burning pain in the upper extremities bilaterally with weakness. Computed tomography (CT) imaging is most likely to reveal which of the following types of fracture patterns
