A 47-year-old man presents to the clinic with a 3-week history of abdominal pain and fatigue. Three days ago, he developed abdominal pain after a meal which has since become constant. He also reports frequent tripping over the right foot, unintentional weight loss of 10 pounds, night sweats, and low-grade fevers and arthralgias over the same time.
