A 29-year-old woman comes to her physician complaining of a recent episode of vision loss in both eyes that lasted for several seconds. She has had diffuse headaches for the last several months but has never had changes in vision until now. Medical history is significant for moderate acne vulgaris that is being treated with topical benzoyl peroxide and oral doxycycline. She takes a multivitamin several times a day and claims it helps keep her “energized” throughout the day. Vital signs are within normal limits. BMI is 36 kg/m2. Physical examination shows few pustular acneiform lesions on her face. Visual acuity is 20/20 in both eyes, but visual field testing shows loss of peripheral vision. Fundoscopic examination shows bilateral optic disc swelling. Brain MRI is done, followed by a lumbar puncture which reveals an opening pressure of 270 mm H2O and immediate relief of her headache. Which of the following MRI findings is strongly associated with this patient’s underlying diagnosis?
