A 2-year-old girl presents to the emergency department accompanied by her parents for evaluation of seven days of fever. They saw the pediatrician last week who diagnosed the patient with an upper respiratory virus with associated viral conjunctivitis. Since that time, the patient developed a diffuse, red rash and a red tongue. She has been meeting appropriate developmental milestones and vaccinations are up to date. Temperature is 38.9°C (102°F), blood pressure is 94/55 mmHg, pulse is 142/min, respiratory rate is 30/min, and oxygen saturation is 99% on room air. Physical examination reveals a strawberry red tongue and a diffuse maculopapular rash. Bilateral non-exudative conjunctivitis and erythematous cracked lips are also noted. The patient is otherwise well-appearing and in no respiratory distress. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is 78 mm/hr and c-reactive protein (CRP) is 6 mg/dL. An echocardiogram shows a small coronary artery aneurysm. Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) is started. Which of the following additional treatments is indicated at this time?
