A 67-year-old woman comes to the office due to persistent cough, dyspnea and unintentional weight loss. She states she is generally healthy and has never smoked. She works as a secretary in a law firm. Vitals are within normal limits. On physical examination, there are reduced breath sounds and dullness to percussion on the lower right lung field.
