Dr. Kathleen Pombier is full scope Obstetrics and Gynecology physician currently practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born and raised in Florida, she attended the University of South Florida for both her Bachelor’s degree and medical school before relocating to Pittsburgh, PA for her OBGYN residency at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. During these years, she developed strong interests in both medical education and health disparities. Following residency graduation, she transitioned to Active Duty within the Air Force and relocated to Las Vegas where she has served as a staff OBGYN at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center. Most recently, she has taken a leading role in healthcare administration and clinic management serving as as Women’s Health Service Line Lead and interim Medical Director at my hospital. This summer she will be to returning to the East Coast and transitioning to a new role as director of the Women’s Health Clinical Management Team.
