Clinical Content Writer

Shawn Robinson (MS, MD) first joined Osmosis as a Clinical Content Writer in 2023. He completed his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine. Before heading to medical school, he completed his Masters in Physiology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He has completed training in general surgery at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital/Cornell Medical in Park Slope, Brooklyn and thoracic surgery training at UTMB in Galveston, TX. Throughout his surgical training, he discovered his passion teaching medical students and residents alike. He has authored and edited questions for major question banks to prepare for Surgery Board Examinations and the USMLE Step examinations. He is currently a tutor as well, preparing students for the USMLE, COMLEX, Surgery Board Exams, Internal Medicine Board Exams, and Family Medicine Board Exams. Shawn creates decision making trees and scripts for Osmosis new clinical series. He loves reading, traveling, and exercising. He is also an avid fan of science fiction, particularly Star Trek.
