Anna is a Spanish physician and Clinical Writer at Osmosis, where she joined the content team in 2020. She completed her Family Medicine residency in 2025 and now combines her work at Osmosis with her clinical practice in primary care. One of the reasons she chose Family Medicine was her desire to bring medical knowledge closer to patients and their families. She believes that accessible health education is key to preventing avoidable disease and improving quality of life at every stage of life. At Osmosis, she enjoys helping make complex medical topics easier to understand and bringing evidence-based information to a wider audience. Her two main passions are working out and eating good food, which works out perfectly since she never wants to choose between the two!
