Mary Roberts is a Nursing Content Manager at Osmosis, where she leads the development, review, and delivery of nursing education content that supports learners throughout their academic and professional journeys. She joined the Osmosis team in 2020 as a nursing script and question writer and became a full-time team member in 2025. In her current role, Mary collaborates with subject matter experts, content creators, editors, and product stakeholders to ensure educational resources are accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with current nursing practice. She is passionate about transforming complex healthcare concepts into clear, learner-centered content that empowers students and clinicians to improve patient care while expanding access to high-quality health education. Mary holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Management and Leadership from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing and maintains an active Registered Nurse license. Her professional background includes direct patient care in acute oncology and outpatient primary care settings, as well as experience in clinical practice coordination. In these roles, she partnered with organizational leaders and clinicians to support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and improve clinical operations.
